2.00-2.30 pm Learn about Forest Therapy- how guided walks through forests nurture your mental health and happiness
3.30-4.00pm Neurographic Art- participate in a hands on session- a tool for personal growth and self expression- a perfect way to destress.
The CWA celebrated its centenary in 2022 and is still bringing together women who share a comitment to improving the lives of other women and their families, especially in regional and rural areas. CWA is the largest women’s organisation in Australia and consults on a variety of areas including health, education, agriculture andthe environment, transport and telecomunications.
