‘Bee Friendly Gardens’ talk & Children’s Activities
March 24 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We can all play help the health of our local environment by planting a ‘bee banquet’ in our gardens for bees and other beneficial insects throughout the year. Pollinators are the foundation of biodiversity and their presence in landscapes creates food for a wide range of other animals. Come and learn from Julie Armstrong of ACT for Bees about simple steps we can all do to take care of pollinators in our garden and schools. ACT for Bees is collaborating for ‘Bee Friendly Canberra.’
